Pascale Hall

Pascale Hall is passionate about her role in supporting clients to grow profitable sales and supporting transformations of sales organizations. With her strong communication and facilitation skills she is adept at helping companies apply sales methodologies and embedding them within organization practices as well as in the development and selection of sales talent. Pascale is driven to deliver the outcomes her clients need.

Pascale has been a senior Miller Heiman consultant for eight years and has worked with a wide range of internationally based clients during this time. Prior to joining Miller Heiman, Pascale had a successful career in sales spanning 20 years, which involved her working across a wide range of business sectors and cultures. Pascale has held senior sales roles and operated across a range of disciplines such as global account management, business development and indirect channel sales. She brings a wealth of experience having worked across a range of business sectors including manufacturing, financial services, Healthcare and professional services.

Pascale now focuses on radically improving the performance of companies or individuals involved in complex sales.

As a senior Miller Heiman Sales Consultant, Pascale has worked at the highest levels with a variety of international clients across healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, IT, telecommunications and defense and aerospace sectors. She has engaged successfully with leading industry names including Allegro Microsystems. Each client has seen their business results improve through Pascale’s consultative/coaching approach and she has implemented sales transformation programs that have been widely adopted. The scope ranges from assistance in making sure people are in the right job, discovering knowledge, skills and attitude gaps and delivering what it takes to rectify that.
She believes that sales performance is not exclusively the domain of the salesperson and she assists management teams in the development of strategy, organization, process, skills, knowledge and attitude to improve sales team efficiency.

Certification: All Miller Heiman programs, certified Coach, MBTI, Tracom Social Styles, Harvard Negotiations, sales management coaching programs.
