Sigurd Solbu brings to MHI Global more than 36 years of experience in sales and management. In this role, Sigurd partners with organizations to retain top talent, improve communications, increase collaboration, develop emotionally intelligent leaders, build peak performing teams, and engage their people. He is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives that unlock personal and organizational potential and result in improved performance.

With a history of business, Gestalt – psychology, sales and managerial success Sigurd brings real life experience and a thorough knowledge of business to each client engagement. He has over 40 years experience in sales, sales management and personal development. Sigurd has his experience from different industries such as Pharmaceutical industry, Professional Services, Banking and Financial, Oil & Gas industry, Telecomunication, IT, and shipping. Sigurd is a recognized sales and management professional. Sigurd has been a Management Consultant, coach and facilitator for national and international companies in several decades. His current focus is on: Sales, sales management, negotiations, effective communication, personal development and change processes.

Sigurd is also a MHI Global Certified Consultant with several certifications in the full range of MHI Global methodologies like Strategic Selling®, Conceptual Selling®, LAMP®, Channel Partner Management, Executive Impact, Funnel ScoreCard® and the related coachings. He has also a long and successful history of conducting SPIN® selling skills into organizations.

Sigurd’s primary focus is developing solutions that result in increased effectiveness for his clients. His workshops and processes are known to stimulate personal and group excellence resulting in more powerful relationships between customers, employees and colleagues.

Sigurd brings business skills, leadership and contagious enthusiasm to each engagement. His presentations are filled with interaction and energy, and are designed to connect with each attendee on a personal level.
