He spent many years in his career growing business through regional expansion strategies and growing sales capabilities with teams of highly diverse cultural and skill background.  

Years of practical application of Strategic Selling®, Conceptual Selling®, Strategic Selling Coaching® and Funnel Management bring credible application to the clients and the classrooms building on real life business cases. Hans Peter practices a very engaging style that connects very well with the participants. The last 20 years he was working for W.L. Gore & Associates GmbH (the inventors of GORE-TEX® products) as front line Sales Manager, Business Unit Leader and finally for the last 8 years as European Sales Leader in the Fabrics division. Hans Peter applied and coached Strategic Selling and Funnel management over years. Leading a team of 70 Sales professionals, Inside Sales and Marketing professionals.

Hans Peter applies quality time and depth in consulting his customers to understand what they strive to accomplish and how and with whom they want to implement change, before selecting a solution. This approach created a long term credible position in the targeted markets and built win win relationships with the customers.
