Michela has over 15 years of professional background, working as professional trainer for companies in different sectors. She is able to create empathy with people who are driven by her energy, enthusiasm and professionalism.

She was managing a team of 7 people before joining AchieveGlobaland was a Key Account Manager in a leading company in ERP Systems and software design and implementation (ZucchettiGroup). Sales experience came mainly in prospecting for new customers and managing projects.

She also cooperated with European Commission at Milan subsidiary for one year.

Michela joined AchieveGlobalItaly in 2005 as Professional Trainer in various roles, including:

  • Assessment and training contents design, on-the-job observation, focus group facilitation
  • Delivering highly-interactive and practical training sessions on a wide range of business and people-skill subjects, including core and advanced sale techniques, excellent customer service, effective presentations, training & coaching skills, challenging communication skills, telephone selling skills, negotiation and problem solving skills, leadership skills at 360°
  • Expert in facilitating sessions having audience at all organizational levels : individuals, Middle Managers, Senior Managers. 
  • Michela knows challenges in facilitation for direct and undirectsales reps, in Retail and Wholesales channels
