Wolfram Kuhnen

Wolfram is a very experienced senior consultant in marketing and sales, who convinces his customers due to his openness and his target-orientated way of working. His omnipresent overview over the situation and his ability to create a positive learning atmosphere is always appreciated by his partners and training participants. 

Wolfram´s key competences are sales, marketing and leadership trainings and consultancy. His know-how includes the development and implementation of CRM strategies and systems with specific focus on user acceptance and digitization. Furthermore, he is an expert for market analysis, strategic customer management, efficiency analysis as well as sales force work planning and guidance. 

His professional experience involves more than 25 years of working with Top Executives, Senior Managers, Team Managers as well as team members. As a consultant, Wolfram is always open to innovative strategies and he constantly increases his know-how in marketing, sales and management. In his training he successfully conveys his expertise to all participants in a humorous and effective manner. He moderates discussions by getting all participants involved and enables an easy but constructive communication between all participants. 

Wolfram started his career by holding professional marketing and sales positions in the international pharmaceutical industry. His position included leadership responsibility for larger sales force groups. Thereafter he continued his career as an Executive in one the prestigious “Big Four” Management Consultancy companies. He was responsible for the set-up and the expansion of their own marketing and business development, which he successfully applied. In 1998 he started his own business. Since then he has been consulting many domestic and international customers with focus on sales and marketing. In addition, he has been conducting training and consultancy for Miller Heiman Group since 1999.
